What's up guys! Thought I'd finally start posting since I've been lurking for quite a while lmao. Stats are 23 5'9 152lbs. I know, I'm small as shit lol still learning how to eat.
I've only cycled once before when I was 18 and got up to 170 with about 7% body fat. Ended up fracturing my jaw and had it wired shut for 3 months. Caused me to lose 30lbs and stop training for a couple years as I was super depressed and got caught up with other things. All in all happy to be here at meso and looking forward to learning all I can to be prepared for when I do cycle, which won't be for a while.
 
Welcome. Hopefully you know AAS is not your answer until you learn how to eat and train properly? Good luck to you.
 
Yes, that’s the reason I want to wait a bit.
I’m not new to working out or proper dieting the knowledge is mostly there just have to focus on a steady routine.
Also, by joining this forum and actually interacting I feel like it’s given me more focus and helps me stay on track.

All the knowledge in the world is right here. I'm a student every day. Dig in and read your ass off. Not sure ask. Just don't go around asking where to buy steroids.

Like I said I’ve read around for a while. I’ve got all my sources in check lol no need to ask when it’s all there for me to read already.

This has been by far my favorite board to come to for help and info.

Best thing is to ask questions around here! About anything really

-training
-diet
-what to eat and when to eat it
-supplements (usually all are garbage!!)
-blood work help

BEFORE STARTING ANY CYCLE YOU MUST DO BLOODWORK FIRST!!! This gives you a baseline of “normal” bloodwork and then if you have any issues later on, you now have a before and after and it will tell you what has changed. Or what needs to change.
