Hey y'all, new here.

I'm a 31M whose been lifting for approx 12 years, on and off due to a recurring back injury that originated from powerlifting.
My goals nowadays are hypertrophy > longevity >> general strength and mobility.
I'm new to PEDs but am hoping to learn safe use to enhance my life and maintain a long lifting career.
