I've been on here for a while, mainly just reading and asking a couple of questions. But I have been bodybuilding since about 2022 and have been under coaching the whole time. I started TRT in 2022 due to my body deciding not to make that anymore lol. And then started cycling Feb 2024. From Feb 2024 to now I went from 165llbs to 210. Body fat actually stayed the same the whole time. I have a really amazing coach. My goal is super heavy weight 315llbs bulk weight and then cut down for a show. I have always wanted to be super massive my entire life, and that's kinda the goal I've set out and have someone willing to help me.

Age: 25
Height: 5 foot 8.5
Cycle: varies, right now I am on a cruise, so 250mg Test E Mondays and Thursdays. 4IU HGH subQ
Training: five days week
Cardio: fasted every day for 30min, and 15 min on the stairmaster post training (minus leg days)
Location: Germany
Languages: Deutsch and English

I am not sure what else to write, but I hope this is sufficient enough!!!
