Hey guys
I’m losing my insurance in January and just here trying to find a cheaper/easier way to get test and tirz than those telehealth sites. I’m in my 30s, on TRT since puberty (due to a congenital defect), and tirzepatide for about a year (due to being a fat fuck). Mostly going to be a lurker here.

Welcome to Meso and there's lots of info here to guide you. Just use the searchbox!

Have you tried dialing in your diet and training especially if you tend to get fat easily?

Yup I completely overhauled my diet even before starting tirzepetide but my doc added that when I plateaued. I’m down from around 250lbs to 190ish at 5’8”. I’m aiming for 180 and then seeing if I can maintain that for a while before trying to lose more. Increasing exercise has been a bit tougher with finding time and recovering from a shoulder injury. Currently only doing about 3 hours a week of body weight and dumbbells at home.

Welcome bro. Sounds like you want to lose weight and get healthy. There’s an insane amount of info here. Some of it is quite good. How has Tirz helped you so far?

Thanks. There’s definitely a lot to take in here. Tirz has helped a ton after I stalled out for months on my weight loss. I’ve always been overweight but I gained like 30 lbs alongside my wife when she was pregnant with our kid, but I didn’t lose the weight when he was born like she did lol. Didn’t realize how bad it got until I started getting out of breath chasing down a toddler. Gotta get my shit together for him.

I can relate to that. I gained about that when my wife was pregnant. She wanted to go for ice cream every night and we got pizza about twice a week. Haha. End result was I got fat.

I get that after an injury as well exercise is not easy. Are you doing physical therapy for the shoulder?
