Hey all, just posting my new member intro.
Been lifting about 7 years now and have kind of been stuck on weights for all major lifts for over a year now so looking to discuss ways to push past that in a judgement free zone.

what have you tried as far as getting past those plateaus?

have they actually moved exactly zero, or is it like a tiny bit? regression? sorry to like interrogate you lol but also how are you tracking it?
