I am in my mid 30s, keep an active lifestyle, under 15% BF, and just recently started TRT. I have years of experience in the gym, both recreationally and professionally. I have multiple degrees in health related fields, but still have a LOT to learn. I am completely new to AAS, but have been browsing the site for a little while now, and decided to become a member more recently. I am looking to slowly dip my toes in the AAS hobby, with a goal of building muscle size and strength for improved wellbeing in my life, without causing much longterm harm.
