Hey y’all, short time lurker here. Really appreciate all the free information here. Just trying to act like a sponge in order to keep harms way out of my way as much as possible. I’m looking forward to competing eventually. I have ran 3 previous cycles
300mg test alone
350mg test + 325 mast
325mg test + 150 primo
I’m currently 26 6ft 200lb’s around 10% BF. I had started taking PED’s roughly 2 years ago and started my fitness journey around 7 years ago. I was 250lb’s and had crashed dieted down to 142lb’s over a course of a year give or take some time. Slowly rebuilt myself up.
I typically had previously done blood work every roughly 6 months and I’m pushing that forward to something closer to every 4 months. I have been on other forms for alittle bit of time but I enjoy the harm reduction focus I have seen here the most.
