Hi everyone!

Misto here, new to MESO and excited to join the community and learn. In my early thirties, been training for the better part of 15 years, but very serious with it in the last six. 5'11" ~200 lbs. Somewhere between 15-20% bf currently. Improving strength and longevity are my goals. Was put on trt last year and it got me thinking about dealing with sides and improving my health and fitness with biohacking.
