Hello all just started trt at 47.I have lost ave 100lbs in 2018 omad and fasting and alot of cardio 5’11”160 skinny fat no muscle,never lifted weights until 2 years ago, made some slow gains over the past 2 years. Looking to make bigger gains and stay fit and healthy. I have been reading a lot of threads and learning a lot,thanks for this platform and all the good info!
