Mid 30's lifting off and on for 10 years. Solid lifting for the last 18 months minus a back injury. I have gone from 35% body fat to 11% body fat in the last 12 months. I am looking to maintain around 10%. I have only been taking an hrt dose (200 mg/week test c) for the last year. Looking to bulk without getting much high than 10%-11%
