hey, Im 20, 5'10 approximately 155lbs, training 6x a week anterior/posterior, 2x sets to failure for most exercises. been training approx 3 years but lost weight due to work and frequent travel recently.
currently trying to bulk up eating 3.2k cals (150g protein, 50g fats, rest carbs)
I eat lean meat to hit proteins and fats then mostly rice and fruit/veg for carbs
I havent done any bloodwork yet but was thinking of starting HGH or going the secretagogue route (tesamorelin/ipa) and wanted to know the bloodwork necessary (to my knowledge igf, A1C blood test, and a general panel)
main goals are to put on strength and a bit more mass to be in a healthier weight range, i know HGH is used commonly for its weight loss effects but i obviously dont want that, I want it for its anabolic effects
