Hi guys. I'm Paulo Costa. 29 years old from Europe/Portugal. I work as a Golf Course Marshal, 8h a day, 5 days a week. I'm a father of a 3 year old little girl and I'm also engaged with the best person I could ever met. I got her pregnant again (3 months ago) so it will be my second and last child. Although I love kids, I will close shop after this one lol I might even consider a vasectomy. Who knows...!? I don't want to be a father after my 30's neither my fiancé want's a third child as far as I know. It's already hard enough for her and she's very prone to pregnancy nasty side effects. Anyway...

I decided to join this community forum for learning and discussion purposes.
My goals are to get as much stronger as I can, while building a nice physique along the way. My priority will always be powerlifting but that doesn't mean I can't look jacked and swole.

Now regarding my lifting experience? I've been a lifter for 6 years (since my 23) on and off but only recently started to take things more seriously (about 1/2 years ago).
My expectations as a lifter are to get big, jacked and strong in the long run, I mean no rush whatsoever. Just going with the flow and learning as much as I can. Since I'm doing 30 years old in December this year, I've been considering competing in powerlifting meetings and who knows, if the shape is good enough maybe some bodybuilding competitions as well.

My numbers:
- Height: 1.72cm (5'64ft)
- Weight: 82kg (180.7lbs)
- BFP: Somewhere between 16% to 18%.
- Total testosterone: 797.95 ng/dL
- Free testosterone: 31.16 pg/mL (bloodwork done Wednesday/23/August/2023). I know this bloodwork might be somehow pointless because it doesn't tell you guys my blood pressure, resting heart rate, cholesterol, glucose etc... but that is something I can sort it out once I hop on gear and start discussing about that matter on another subforums.

I might have accumulated a bit of fat through out the years due to heavy bulkings. I've been cycling between lean/dirty bulkings so I don't get too much fat stored. Although I am fat enough lol

I have attached some physique pictures so you guys can have an idea of how I look. I know I could have achieved much more in 6 years being natty but as I said before... I've never taken gym life too seriously until 1/2 years ago.
