I’m new to the meso family here, I’m currently in transportation locally with a lovely family. I’ve dedicated this year to behavior adjustment for weight loss and aesthetic change because I’m not happy with how I’ve let myself become a slob.

April 1, 2023 I was 360 fat and currently I’m 305 fat and lost 55 pounds through added cardio, intermittent fasting, and utilizing keto & carb cycling.

I’ve hit a plateau due to increased work load and inability to keep up with life demands and I need a little help at times.


Goals - I’m looking to learn so I can improve my health markers and live a long healthy life with my family. Perhaps with weight loss assistance, considering test. Not really sure what direction I’m going but I don’t want heavy stacks and I would like to learn how to test anything going into my body. Also want to learn about fertility and test because we still want to have more children.

Experiences- I took test, tren, dbol, primo and more on the past. I didn’t understand half life and took way too much in my opinion. I was pinning t400 every other day and had horrible acne. This was a good 10 years back. I’m in my mid 30s now.

Expectations - I expect with effort I can learn from anyone willing to teach, reach my weight goal of 235 and reassess from there by August 2025, sooner is better but I expect to be 250 by this time next year.

Maintain your ambition and you will achieve your goal. Your approach to nutrition and cardio is the right way to go. Well done! I would advise you to wait a little longer with the roids. Try to lose more weight first, because if your body fat percentage is too high and you take steroids, it can backfire.
Keyword: aromatase!
A good year ago I was in a similar situation to you. I lost 33 kg in one year. After I had a body fat percentage between 15-18%, I helped myself with gear.
