New member - Need help with Dragon Ordnance order

Hey all, I recently ordered from dragon ordnance. I saw mixed reviews so I did a first PCT supply order to try them out. First order was great it was shipped within 2 days delivered in 5-6 days. I made sure to do only domestic so I don’t have to deal with long ship times.
I made a rookie mistake that I increased my weekly test dosage in my cycle before having all my supplies on hand, thinking I could order from @DragonOrdnance and I’d get my domestic order from them in a reasonable time to keep it going.

I ordered Test E and Anavar on the 14th. It was marked shipped 2 days later and a USPS tracking order was provided and it was marked “shipped”

id assumed that when you mark it “shipped” that means it’s going to be shipped. Don’t mark it shipped if you don’t have the products or for whatever the reason is.

Few days pass and tracking still showed usps has never gained possession. I reached out and “jade” said oh it’s because it’s the weekend it will be out on Monday.

I said okay great… It’s now the following Saturday I’ve reached out to them multiple times and all they said was “we need to check with the warehouse”
So check?!?!? It literally take 2 minutes to call your warehouse and see what the hold up is? I’m beyond furious with this entire situation. I should not have increased my dose and relied on this company who clearly doesn’t care and now I’m going to run out Monday while they twiddle their thumbs and spend my money I paid them.

I did not want to make this and ask him on a public forum what the deal is. I see him active on this forum but I have no other choice. It’s completely ridiculous for it to be marked shipped and NOT be shipped almost 10 days later. Issues happen but then FIX it. If you have a warehouse shipping your orders you should be able to have a person you can contact to figure out the problem. I’ve emailed their emails, I’ve messaged their Wickr.

I was planning to do a detailed review of the products, get them tested, and hopefully promote their brand since the first delivery was great. But this is absolutely pathetic.

does anyone know them? Can help me out?

Me on there, I wrote this before I realized he had his own thread. Moderators, you can close this thread.

The main problem is communication and clarity …dragon ordnance said that they have already put together a plan to resolve the issue which is great and fantastic. He said they have shipped out a replacement of my order. Again my issue is I have not received any emails or ANYTHING showing or telling me that is what they have done.
He said it in a way like “duh we already solved the problem” yet it took me posting on here for him to respond with any actionable info.

still he replied yesterday morning I believe and I still haven’t received any emails regarding the situation. You would think after replying to my thread he would email me as a customer and say look I apologize for the miscommunication and delay but here is what we are doing, here is the new tracking, please let me know if this works.

But no I haven’t got anything.
I was excited to do testing and a full review of his test E and Var (which I’m still going to do, I’m just not that excited now)

First things first, there's no type of closing down threads in Meso, it's an unfiltered and unmoderated board.

Now that we got this out of the way, let's unclutter this thing a bit.

If he responded to you here in Meso, but hasn't emailed you back yet, then comment again on his thread and ask him what's up with the whole deal.

If there was a legit problem and you're not a scammer or anything, which I'm not saying you are, but there have been instances where people tried to scam sources, you'll get what you paid for.

I haven't done any business with Dragon, and I haven't even bothered to keep up with his thread, but since he's being around for some time here, I believe that he'll make it up to you if he is on the wrong.

If not, then Meso members will bully him out of his thread and this board.

Also, sources usually pay or give store credit when someone tests their gear, but I don't know what Dragon does, so you should speak with him about that too.

If you go to his thread and the pages around 210 you can see he hasn’t done anything but make empty claims. I’ve reached out to them 4 times asking why a empty tracking was given for 2 weeks with no movement. All they did was reply 1 time with “I’ll check the warehouse” then silence.

So I posted on here and he started calling
Ema liar saying I only reached out 1 time to them and that they replied adequately. And that my order was less than $100 so why would he screw me. All of that is lies so I posted screen shots showing he is a liar. I’m new on the board so I didn’t know he had his own thread here and posted here before I found it.

He blames everyone else but himself and it’s the customers fault or usps fault.

He then claimed he had already reshipped me another order but I never received any emails about that so I’m assuming it’s Bs

Act like that is your goal and stop lashing out in anger. The members here will help you but along the way you may get teased a bit. Thicken your skin when asking for free help.

It works via time. It will take time for your order to be resolved or not. Based upon the length of time DO has been on this board and the number of orders that have successfully completed you should be confident of success.

Maybe use this time to form some connections on the board and share a little more than your one order.

Honestly wish you nothing but being whole on your order. Also hope you learn to prioritize your goals over the anger issues.

You would be pissed off too if your order had sat there for 14 days after it had been “shipped” and you got blown off, lied to, then when you reached out for help, dragon ordnance claimed I lied about how many times I reached out, lied and said my order total was less than $100. (It was almost $200). And blaming everyone except himself for the problem

I'm pointing out that you created this situation. I've had delayed packages. I've had messed up orders. Shit happens, however you need to plan for that. Dont increase things or start them Unless you have everything on hand. How much did you increase your test by that you ate up and entire cycle in 3 weeks?
