Word of advice. When dealing with problem orders, be calm, respectful and patient at all times and it will workout.
You place an order, a mistake is made on the sources side, you politely inform them of the mistake and wait for a resolution, giving them plenty of time because things operate slow with most sources.
The problem is new people come at this like they were on ebay or amazon dealing with merchants that have a 24/7 chat line.
Doesn't work like that with sources based in China. 1 day china time is 5 days our time, it's a time warp problem.
So obviously you didn’t read the posts above you are just commenting based on the few bozos ahead of you. I was polite and only lost my cool when DO started blaming everyone and everything but himself for the problem, lied about how many times I reached out to them, lied about how much my order was for, lied about solving the problem.
This isn’t my first rodeo. I know the game bud.
Then a bunch of dozers come on and talk shit and I dish out exactly what they gave and they lose their mind and get all worked up. How dare a new guy talk back to a member who has 100 points and 500 posts!!!!!! I must be an absolute fool!!
