Hello forum, just a new old fart member who has been doing it for too long but still in the game. Gym 4 days a week, yoga twice a week and my wife will kill me if I don't take at least one day off to spend time with her. 
Came here for all of the good information and some motivation to get back to lifting heavier again like my 30's. I enjoy this forum.
