Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself , I'm 19 , have been lifting hard since I was 16 , I also play college football , main reason I joined was because it seems like all you guys know your stuff , and I like being able to ask for advice about which gear to use for specific goals so on and so forth , plus any tips that could improve or better my workouts and results

Welcome! 19 and three cycles deep? You started young.. too young imo, but welcome to the boards
Yeah , I always had a big frame via genetics but I had very little time to bulk up for my senior year football season , due to the fact that I races motocross full time when I wasn't in football but I was right at 200 pounds
 
Are my numbers bad or something ? My mom is the director of a bariatric program I got the reading off her tanita scale at work tyronemoregains
