I have been reading on your forum for few days now, and I need to say I'm impressed with your knowledge and expertise!!!
Hello to everybody from the Caribbean, I used to hit the Gym dice I was 16 and due to different facts I was an extranger to the Gym for almost 3 years. I'm back, I'm 6 feet tall, 206 pounds, and around 18%BF.
My goals are to keep dropping the body fat and Gain more lean muscle. I dropped around 20 pounds in the past month, just hitting the Gym, Cardio and nutrition.
I am 36 yrs old and I train with my 15 yrs old son and my wife.
 
Welcome man. Well you know what they say... A family that trains together, stays together.
Well they probably don't say that but good to see the family supports your lifting. Enjoy meso
