Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself and give some background. I'm 34, and have been lifting since 1999. I haven't been mr consistent on going to the gym but for the past 6 years I've been, for the most part, regular. I started lifting as a scrawny fresh out of basic training 6'4" 200 lb kid. Through out the years I've put on good and bad weight. I store all my fat around the stomach and handles which I've fought for so many years. I've done two runs since 2013 both times Sus 250 and once with Tren E and the other A., all through a local source Bulked up nicely for the first run

Sitting at 253 there. I did horrible on my first diet and not too much better on the second. Thinkin about a third in October. Trying to build lean and cut. Need some advice on meal plans with a cardio reg that won't kill my gains. I'm humble, I know quit a bit about the lifestyle, but a friend of mine turned me on to this forum (in which he has had great success from advice) and figured I'll check it out to see if I can reach full potential. A little lengthy intro but didn't want to be a forum leech and get engaged.
 
Welcome to MESO bro an get your face removed out of the pic immediately. I didnt have time to read all of your post yet but I will. Soon as I seen your pic I had to skip to this. No face pics man. You never know who is on here collecting info on someone. Crop your face out. I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just trying to look out for your safety brotha.;)
