Hello to all..

I've been a long time lurker of this site and decided to finally make an account.

A little background..

I was always a skinny kid in school. I raced motocross growing up. I always did a little lifting from age 15 or so, but my focus was always more cardio oriented. I graduated high school at 6'2" and 170 pounds...

While in college I developed a bit more interest in lifting. By age 22 I was in the gym lifting at least three times a week. I worked my way up to 205 pounds in college.. still very skinny and unsatisfied.

Today I'm 27 years old and have been lifting very consistently for the past 5 years. Current stats at 6'2" and 220 pounds are...

Bench - 335
Squat - 405
Deadlifts - 455
Military press (standing) - 195

I currently only lift 3 times a week and squat and bench every one of those days. I deadlifts once a week on wednesday. I've been making great strength and even size gains like this.

I have experimented with prohormones (epistane, dymethazine, a1m) when they were legal.

I would gain 10-15 pounds on cycle then lose the majority of the water and glycogen as I struggled to recover to keep what little muscle I had gained. The bad feeling on cycle plus the crappy recovery period was enough for me to stop. After I ran my last ph cycle I had blood work and had a tt level of 639 ng/nl 8 weeks after a nolva only pct.

I'm now considering the "real deal". Not 100% ready to take the dive as I feel I have more gains to be made naturally and more learning to do in regards to proper use. So far meso has been a great source for gathering that knowledge...

Your lifts are looking good brother. You will make nice gains on 500mg test e or cyp. Test prop requires eod injections to keep levels steady, and some have issues with pip.

Keep it simple. Use test e or cyp, unless u enjoy needles.

Good luck brother and welcome to Mesorx.

Research pct and Hcg. 10-15 lbs is no problem. i trained for many year natural before using ped's. I had 25lbs solid first cycle for 10wks.

Thanks guys. I really want to get as close to my natural potential as possible before taking the dive.

My long term goal has always been to be 250 pounds with visible abs. I want to be strong as hell, too.

Hi, nice intro. You really bench and squat 3 times a week?

Currently, I've got my body broken up into 6 groups (chest, tri, back, biceps, shoulders, and legs). I train 2 per session, then take a day off. That basically means my whole body gets trained over 6 days (actually, with life's demands right now it ends up being each muscle group once every 7 days).

But I smash the muscle at each workout. Work it, tear it down, but then let it heal. It might not seem like enough but I've found, it works better for me. Think about it, if you hit a muscle 3 times a week, in 12 weeks you will have 36 break down and hope to heal mini-cycles. To me that seems like a lot to ask from the body. If you do once a week, that is only 12 such cycles, a lot more manageable long term (especially naturally).

Not suggesting one back off, as I have no problem with one drilling that muscle that one time per week, just give it time to recover.

And, I'm totally on board if one doesn't agree, just some food for thought.

What is Pip?

I do bench and squat three times a week but I am strength oriented. I do not do high volume. I have exercises like you refer to but I have made my best strength gains working out 3 times a week. I only go hard on Monday and friday. My middle day, wednesday, I do a light bench and squat, but heavy deadlift. It has been a great program for me. I believe if you are lifting naturally the focus should always be compound movements.

And I'm really 6'2"... he'll maybe 6'3" haha !

Little update. Made the plunge and currently up about 10 pounds 5 weeks in. Lifts are starting to go up as well. Meso has been a wealth of information.
