Lift, eat and read. Once you think you have read it all, ask questions and read more. Don't start fuckin with you endocrine system until you are 100% sure you know what you are doing.

Yes this would be my first cycle if I ever get around to it. I'm in no rush to jam up my endocrine system. I've never taken aas or any other major drug enhancements. I'll keep reading or maybe even buy a book.

For first cycle you only need Test. Read everything you can on test only cycles and PCT. Check out any logs from members on Test only. It won't hurt to hit up a few TRT forums also. I only plan on Test cycles so I don't bother paying much attention to other compounds.

Sorry not meaning to jump in your thread. If it was me I'd do exactly like rococo said and only run test sust isn't a bad starter if u only run one pin a week u should see gains like no other but just my 2cents

I agree. I'm leaning towards Test Ethanate. For 10 weeks. 2 vials. Combined with arimidex. I will wait two weeks before i start pct. Then 4 weeks of pct Clomid & Nolvadex. Thanks guys
