I should perhaps have posted some "size" numbers.

Currently massively bloated thanks to the peptides - still weighing in at close to 210.
It was around 188 right before the peptides - so we'll see what happens in a week.

BF around 14% now (per Tanita/Omron) but that's optimistic thanks to the bloat, I think.
It was right under 16% prior to the peptides - I'm sure my body reads are messing with the device's capabilities at the moment.

Biceps: 15.0" (I have only been able to seriously train triceps, my bicep tendons have been so messed up - thus the peptide attempt)
Calf: 16.0"
Neck: 17.25"

Insofar as stating "goals" - would be nice to get close to 17" arms, that's probably as ambitious as I'll get. Realistic goal at 52? I'm 6' even btw.

your lying or obviously know nothing about your weight and body fat. purely going off your post dates, you gained 22 pounds in less than 30 days and dropped 2% body fat!?!?! did no one catch that? wtf are you on?

I said I got a LOT of bloat from this regimen, and if you add water, your BF % goes down correspondingly.

I'm stepping off the peptides and all that now, hope to shed all this water. Must say my tendons feel much better now, so something changed that has been bad for several years.

My scale is accurate to 0.1 kg. The BF read is obviously limited to what Omron and Tanita can do, but the trend is what's important.

BTW, do you really need that tone? Just ask a civil question, that works too.

Now i know your full of sh{t. you must not know wtf is possible on aas. And even at the pro level, 22 pounds and 2% body fat drop in LESS THAN 30 DAYS is nearly impossible. If you did that, you have god tier genetics and can beat ronnie coleman based purely on your GOD TIER genetics alone.. I bow down to you!!!! Whats your diet sir??? You and your coach know a secret 99% of NPC competitors dont know. Me being one of them. Prove me wrong please. I am 20 years younger than you and have never placed higher than 7th in any comp, but damn sure i fuken tried hard too.

Jeesus, what's with you, I report exactly what the Omron and Tanita equipment read at the time. Seriously....

I'm not claiming it's all muscle gain, I think the gain is largely water retention (from the peptides). That said, I used to weigh over 200 before, but at higher BF, and I dieted down to around 175, but lately I've started to ignore my weight and just track BF instead. I do eat heavy protein and veggies, but as I said, my "secret" appears to be water, or so I think.

Add lots of water (the peptides - I suspect) = mass gain and BF loss (since its all water gain).

Anyway, we'll see soon, I stopped with the peptides a few days ago - and I hope to shed water soon. My tendons do feel better. I'm able to do exercises now that I couldn't do not long ago. Recommended for those with similar issues.

Also - in the future - could you please TRY to comment in a normal human being fashion? Are you related to Big Tony by chance?

Since Rigs complained - since April of 2014 I've kept fairly consistent and detailed weight, BF% and water % records.

I took my 11 measurements from August and averaged them:
Weight (avg): 192.1
BF % (avg): 18.7%
Water % (avg): 56.1

Next I took my most recent 11 measurements (btw Oct 3 and Oct 12) and averaged them:
Weight (avg): 204.3
BF % (avg): 15.9%
Water % (avg): 63.2

The August trend (among the 11 reads) was an increasing weight trend. (It was 188 at the time of signing up here. But I guess I was a bit optimistic about my BF, when I looked at my stats I was higher than I reported here.)

The October trend has been fairly flat. Today, I'm at 202, 14.4% BF and 63.2% water - i.e. a bit bloated still.

Interpret as you will - I've been on various peptides (as I've written elsewhere) during the period, and an "extra" dose of Cyp, as well as 25mg Anavar prior to each workouts. Lots of protein (meat and whey), veggies, and basic supplements like creatine (FWIW). Nothing special that I know of.

I still feel like I carry too much water. I've stopped the peptides a few days ago. I'm going on an extended business trip to SE Asia, starting next week, so that will be out of my system when I get back. Will try to keep up the workouts while on the road.

Equipment is a Tanita scale, accurate to 0.1kg. BF% is measured electrically by the scale, so not ideal, but the trend is worth tracking.

Overall, other than some excess water (which I suspect I have, we'll see after the trip) it feels like I'm making good progress. I'd like to remain at this 200lb level, but get rid of water, and shed a few more percent BF. That should be within reach if I can be disciplined.

Now back from Asia, three weeks with only 1 real gym session per week. I weighed in yesterday, and my weight and numbers are pretty much unchanged. ~200lb but a lot less water now, 58%, and BF at 16%. Since those numbers came right after a 25 hour + flight, there is still uncertainty about the numbers, I tend to retain water after long flights. By tomorrow I should have levelled off and have a new reference line. I'd like to stay in the 200-210 range, but work on dropping the BF down to 13% (less if I can, but I'll be happy with 13 in the first round).

BTW, I'm not sure about the BF test numbers, it's just a fancy scale with some electrical resistance work. If I switch the machine to "athlete" mode - then it suggests I'm 8.5% BF which is laughable. I've got visible abs and 6-pack, but just barely, definitely not cut. Anyway, that's where I am now.

My tailor was shocked when I went back to him - since first week of July, I've added 3" to my chest measurement (43.50" now), and a full inch to my neck (18.25"). Arms and legs bigger too etc. Great to get progress validated by someone who's a pro at measuring.
A new batch of dress shirts being made. The hidden cost of AAS. :-)

Damn - I revisited this thread - day to day it feels like I make little progress, but looking at this I realize why some people who haven't seen me in a year get shocked. No wonder I've had to chuck nearly all my clothes, with over 20lbs added since Aug last year, nothing fits any longer.

I'm holding steady at 94.0kg - or a hair under 210lbs - but BF is dropping while I'm gaining mass, I'm getting a lot of definition everywhere now. Looked at my back in the bathroom mirror for the first time in a good while, and I was surprised myself.

I'll get some pictures done next week or so - need someone to hold the camera, selfies just look bad.
