Hey guys I'm new to the forums but not the site. I've been reading and taking advice from this site for probably a couple years and figured I should sign up and introduce myself.
Started off as a skinny fat kid smoking two packs a day plus binge drinking every weekend and never missing wing night during the week. Now I rarely enjoy a beer, quit smoking, hit the gym 6-7 days a week and strictly count macros for the last 2 years. Started off at 190 lost my fat and dropped down to 175. After eating right, training hard and a few cycles I jumped up to 220 @10-12% fb and that's where I sit currently. I'm 6'4 and 30.
Future goals would be to reach 240 at same body fat and hopefully compete in men's physique and take home some trophies.
