I probably should of started with my first post here but didn't and just dove right in after reading several threads and started asking questions. Either way I learned my lesson after getting hammered by a few members for some questions I asked. Honestly I was pissed at first at these members but after I kept reading I get it. There's a lot of great info on here and looks like a lot knowledgeable members. From what I've read for the most part you guys look out for one another and don't take any shit from anybody and I can appreciate that.

Either way
I'm 37
6'2
297 lbs
5-6 years training
2 test e cycles under my belt
Since I started in the gym serious I always tried to be a power lifter trying for big numbers but the older I get the less I want to do that because the heavier I get the more shit hurts and I'm now in the process of dropping fat and easing up on the heavier weights hitting cardio every day 30-45 min, and will hopefully be doing a cycle soon. Sorry for the long intro.

Thanks. Ive never competed, just personally and with the guys I work out with we just wanted big numbers.

I was a kind of fat powerlifter when I was natty and during my first cycle, but I decided to lean up this year. Did my last meet at 198 and surpassed my total from my previous one at 242.

What are your lifts like and how much weight are you planning to lose?

Welcome bro, I'm new myself and it's hard not to just jump in it.. and your right these guys are awesome, I still have to refrain from jumping in sometimes.. (Like maybe now) but my first cycle was a deca/sus/cyp.. I loved deca until my brother got me to do a Tren cycle. Never looked back since. It's pretty versatile, cutting or bulking. Although it affects everyone differently.. For some people the sides are just too much.. Thankfully I'm one of the lucky ones. There's plenty of info on it around the threads if you wanna look it up. Just a thought, but glad your here..

I'd like to get down to around 250. I have a pretty big frame naturally. So I feel 250 would be good. I never really trained squats or deads a lot . I was always worried about bench so I hit a lot of upper body but Lifts now are 1 rep max bench is 465
Squats about 315-335
Dead maybe 375-405 on a good day
Like I said I've never competed and really trained serious I just thought I wanted to be a big mfer that could pick up big weight. And now realizing I went at it all wrong and was completely wrong on how be strong all the way around

Sure bro, If you can go natural that's def the best way to go. I'm really the last person to be recommending anything to anyone. Just posted my thoughts on it but your in the right place bro.
