That's why I like it though! From what I've seen, this board has the most knowledgeable members, least amount of bullshit, they'll call you out if you're an idiot or scammer. I'm glad to be a member
 
Welcome to Meso, whats your training and diet look like?
Right now? Like shit haha. This summer/fall has been ridiculously busy between work and family life. We have 3 kids so training usually means waking up at 4am or waiting til 9pm. Diet lately has been high protein/low carb... when I stay on track. Wanting to lean up before I bulk. Chicken or other lean meats and veggies. Carbs typically only around workouts. Workouts have been primarily high reps/volume which seems to be working well. Doing rehab on my shoulder so going too heavy is kinda out of the question now.
