Hey all I'm a new member here and wanna introduce myself. I'm almost 40 yo and have had 14 back operations and over 20 procedures from nerve burnings to steriod injections from L1 all the way down to my S1. I used to be very built and worked out 3 hours 6 days a week. Then a surgeon put rods and screws in my lower back to fuse my L5 and S1. This was 17 years ago and I just found out the source of the pain. He put 2 of the 4 screws into my sciatic nerve. My weight was 195lbs and I'm 6ft when I was able to workout. My weight last year when they finally figured out the source of my pain was 133lbs. My core muscles and legs have major atrophy and being on opiate medication for over 20 years daily has my t levels dangerously low. I started trt and it's helped alot. I'm up to 170lbs currently and about to start back in the gym. I used to cycle back when I worked out but never had the proper guidance and ended up getting gyno after a 6month cycle. I had no clue about AI, serms or pct. I joined this community because I need a little guidance from experienced people. I started a cycle a week ago cause the trt just isn't enough to build my muscles back quickly as I want. I'm not doing anything major just test at 500mg + deca at 300mg perweek. I'm also going to start dbol at 20mg a day and 1mg of armidex every 3 days. I just need some guidance so I know what I'm doing is correct. I've lost the last 20 years of my life due to the severe back pain and I'm ready to have a life back again now all the screws are out and my pain is manageable now. I'm not gonna lift heavy until my skeletal muscles build up for at least 6 weeks. So kind of a long story but that's the reason I'm here. Just for a little guidance and any tips would be greatly appreciated. I know about diet and living a healthy lifestyle, but any tips would be great. Oh and I'm in Texas so there's no jogging outside cause it's been over 100° for the past few months. I'll do that in the gym until it cools off. I wanna be able to go deer hunting in November so I have 2 months to get my legs and core built up. That's why I started this cycle and plan on running it for about 16 weeks, but stopping the dbol after 4 to 6 weeks.
