Hello everyone,
I am new to everything here. I am Vietnamese 5'5" 175lb and 15% BF and worked out all my life 41 years old. I got decent amount of muscles doing it naturally, but can't get rid of my belly. I've been on trt for 2 years and really turned back the hands of time on trt. No more knees and joint paint while lifting.

I recently bought a bunch of stuffs and been doing a lot of research to try to get my abs to show at below 8%BF level. I would appreciate any help at all in pointing me in the right direction, like what to take with what and for how long. It's so hard searching forums for the exact right combinations that I want to take and the correct reviews of those stack. Thanks for your time.
