Hello, New member just introducing myself. Mid 40’s dude. Trained and competed in BB in my late teens/early 20’s. Switched to PL for a bit. Ended up not training anything for a bit. Got back to doing anything and ended up doing a bit of CF stuff along with martial arts followed by some endurance-type stuff. Life/ work/ family stuff derailed physical efforts after that for a long while. Just went back to BB style roots after a long break from everything and being very unhealthy. Looking forward to learning.
