What's up everyone. I'm new to this forum but not this lifestyle. Been lifting for over 20 years. I enjoy conversations about gear and training. I'm a licensed Physical therapist. Certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and a few other certs.
Current bodyweight 329lbs
Bench is 455 x6 reps
Squat 565 x 4
Dead lift 705 x 2
Currently on 250 mg test and 200 primo.
I've ran cycles up to 1100 test, 600 mast, 40mg superdrol, 500 eq acetate, and 250 mg primo acetate and 5iu.
I've turned it down a bit just to maintain strength haha happy to be here.
