So as an active member of the community who’s been here for a little while now I wanted to contribute more to this thread and my status.
I took the liberty of taking some samples and sending them out to @janoshik for lab testing to provide some feedback on the quality of the product people alike myself are using.
I’ve been logging my use of @Opti s gear in my off-season thread for more then a few months now so not only for peace of mind but curiosity standpoint I wanted to know the quality of what I was using despite not really having any concerns or doubts based off my blood work.
Here are the results of a few samples I sent out.

I used the last batch of black tops -not the ones currently on the list. They were 11.98iu with no dimer and purity was at roughly 96 - 97. On those black tops I ran a 6iu bolus before bed each night and on heavy cardio days I'd do an IM injection 3hrs before hitting the gym. So I'd go through a vial in 2 injections which ended up being roughly 24hrs most days. I was worried about degradation and I grabbed those blacktops, so I could use a vial up within a 24hr period on most days. I switched over to Opti GH from SSA GH and there was a big difference between the two for me. I became MUCH more vascular with Opti. I also sleep better, lost some persistent fat and I recover much quicker. We all respond different but for me personally the Opti GH is better than SSA by every measure, except cost but I'd say it's well worth spending a little extra for a quality product.

I'm not as worried about degradation today as in the past so I got the gold tops. Plus, the price per iu on the gold tops was too hard to resist. I'm now taking an 8iu nightly bolus and I still double up once a week on fasted cardio days. I go through a vial in 3 - 4 days now and I'm getting all the results I've come to expect when using Opti GH. I'll probably bump up to 10iu by early April but will drop the extra iu's to 6 on my fasted cardio days. 20iu seems like it could be too much, so I'll be doing 16iu on those fasted cardio and will be doing that twice a week now instead of once.

I highly recommend Opti GH. I've only run the black and gold tops but they seem par for the course. If you read the opinions and experiences of all the guys on this thread who have been around for multiple years you won't find many complaints. I also always check Jano tests and Opti has them posted underneath every product except maybe one or two and they're always posted underneath the GH he sells.

I was curious about ordering from these guys, they are more expensive but they're domestic which means you don't have to deal with customs or waiting two or three weeks wondering if it's going to make it or not. I guess it's worth the extra money if their quality is that spot on and they're literally in our backyard.

Do Optis packages usually show on informed delivery? Ordered last week and havent seen anything pop up on informed delivery yet but I know its not always correct. Weve had tweakers stealing packages in our neighborhood recently so trying to make sure I grab it before those fuckers. Not concerned about reliability as hes only got great reviews.

In my experience, after ordering a multitude of times within the past couple of years, his packages always show up on informed delivery. Just keep checking informed delivery every day. I'm sure it'll pop up.

I’m currently on something similar and I think it’s the tbol. I’ve ran tbol before and haven’t had any issues, but starting gh about 6 months ago I slowly titrated up to 3 ius which was fine that’s where I’m staying at, threw in tbol a week ago and started getting head aches from what I assume was elevated blood pressure. Drink a ton of water and keep the diet in check and sleep and see if that helps, today I didn’t have any headaches and felt good

Really recommend getting a BP machine when you can and have some BP meds on hands, can get it from telyrx easily via legal and fast means and ofc many ugl options. Can do serious damage to some organs if it is sustained and sometimes feels isn’t the best indicator because you can get used to it.

That is a good idea, we have a blood pressure machine at the gym and I check it frequently, was 130 over 88 last time so it’s not bad at all.

Personally my carpal tunnel and ankle/calf bloat gets pretty spicy after 1-2 days when I went from 6iu/day Optitropin Grey tops to lower quality HGH (in this case it was the QSC 36iu's). It looks like the gold tops test pretty similar to the Optitropin so sides are most likely pretty minimal.
