That’s stage I hypertension, which does not by any definition land in the ‘not bad at all’ category. There is precisely zero upside in lying to yourself about something as easy to fix as BP.
Mines been that 135/60 for 10 years and my my dr gets a big smile and says looks great every month when she takes it... I guess it depends on what dr you go to..

The bottom number being high is quite dangerous most people think the bigger number is all they have to worry about

I never understood it myself much I looked up the charts online before and they definitely say I'm listed as hypertension as well, and I asked my doctor about it many times because it worried me and I was concerned I might need put on medicine, she told me what's normal for one person is is not necessarily for another, and that as a person gets older it's generally acceptable for it to be higher than what is expected for somebody that's alot younger.. I'm not a doctor... Mine's always been about the same my whole life, I had it as high as 170 before but that was special circumstances I don't care to bring up and it was expected for what was going on at the time. I've had anxiety my entire life and been prescribed clonidine for it since my early 20s , I don't know if that's why mine runs a little higher than other people, All I know is it never changes never goes up never goes down been the same my whole life

Some doctors believe that population based thresholds don’t necessarily apply to individuals which is true sometimes but it can’t be applied to every biomarker without reason, in this case your doctor is wrong imo. Yes BP increases as people age but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be managed just cause it happens naturally.

That is a good idea, we have a blood pressure machine at the gym and I check it frequently, was 130 over 88 last time so it’s not bad at all.

No that's stage 1 hypertension putting you on track for rapid arterial plaque buildup and it's damaging your kidneys.

AAS use alone puts you above the 10% 10 year heart disease risk (referred to below).

According to the most current standards based on huge government sponsored study that looked at decades worth of health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of people, you should be on BP meds to stop the ongoing damage. A couple of more points and you're stage 2 hypertension, the highest risk category,

Don't rely on primary care docs. Very few bother to update their knowledge once they leave medical school.

Also any significant difference between gold black red, etc tops? I apologize i new to hgh.
GH is a whole different ball game than just shoving some test in you. I would do quite a lot of research and understand what GH will do to glucose, IGF-1, etc and how to manage that before thinking about dabbling in it.

To answer your question about the color tops…I really don’t know, and I also don’t use GH haha best I can figure out is the different colors coordinate to different labs it’s made in from China, different purity and different IUs.

Best of luck

No worries at all - everyone starts somewhere!

The main difference between Gold, Red, Black, etc. tops is usually the amount of IU per vial. For example, Gold Tops are typically 32 IU per vial, so a full kit gives you 320 IU total. Red Tops might be 24 IU per vial, so that’s 240 IU per kit, etc.

Opti usually includes a Jano report with each kit showing the purity and testing results, including whether there’s any dimer. So it’s not just about the color - it’s about how much you’re getting and the quality behind it.

I already know and saw similar charts 50 times,my blood pressure been this high long before I ever touched a steroid and it never got any higher or lower when I did.... I'm not changing the same Dr I have been going to my entire life. I appreciate the concern.. I really do but my blood pressure been the same most of my adult life and I wasn't always just fiddling with aas's. I was a chronic addict for decades I did enough coke, crystal meth, heroin, etc to kill 100 men, Literally. This has saved my life in its own way, instead of slamming a half gram of meth in my veins and not sleeping for 10 days at a time I lift and do this.. I'm thankful I found a hobby that saved my life literally . Every 6 months I get a full line of blood, urine, and general health tests and pass them all with flying colors,my blood pressure never changed through all of that and I'm thankful to still be alive and happy. It is what it is,I love this part of my life and nothing is going to change it,I appreciate the concern and I wish you the best!
