Hi all I’ve been lurking here for a few years newer member to posting on the forums. 39 y/o male been lifting on and off since high school but never competitively or seriously consistent until the last two years I’ve been in the gym 5+ days a week on a consistent schedule and have limited my diet and alcohol intake. Started Trt 2 years ago at 200mg test weekly then added 100 deca weekly after 10 weeks. Tolerated both well then started trying out higher doses of test and deca then slowly added additional compounds every 2 months or so to see what my tolerance was to each of them.

Currently 215lbs estimated 15-20% body fat (haven’t done a dexa scan) 6’2” running 800mg test e 200mg deca 600mg eq 400mg tren e with very few sides. Use tirz at 2.5mg or less for impulse control on diet just to help keep me from eating crap otherwise diet is fairly dialed, mostly eat clean getting 200+ grams of protein a day with about 300grams of carbs, fat is just with the protein that I eat, no non animal sources of fat. Getting blood work checked every 2 months, occasionally dabble in orals but nothing consistent at this point just trying them out to see how my body reacts and see how my bloods do.

Realistic Goals are to gain more lean mass ideally 225lbs 12-15% bf, unrealistic goals get massive and jacked.
