Lurked long enough, have some real questions these days.
Background:
-Mid 30s
-highish RHR (high 80s to low 90s)
-Former fat ass, down from 270 to 200 currently.
- lazy ass sedentary life style/computer job.
- Reta @12mg for nearly a year now
Just got bloods done with a trt clinic, turns out I’m not bad off- 729 total and 89 free. Clinic says if I can get under 650 they’ll see me.
Currently sleep deprived, blasting pastries all day in an attempt to get a low T result. Fairly certain I can make the cut, they are giving me a retest today.
With my decent baseline levels- should I even bother with getting test from a clinic? (Will be doing clinic before any UG sourcing/self admin)
I’m trying to boost up to the higher end of the test range and start being more active in hopes that some results can encourage me to get more serious.
Is this retarded? Main concerns are going to be getting off test down the line. Haven’t heard a ton of consistent information on returning to proper levels after use.
Anyways, glad to be a new member- thanks in advance.
