Hey guys, obviously a new member here... I'm a 6 year endurance runner shifting more into lifting and building muscle. At my best, I was running 12-15 miles daily, and I'm hoping to transfer that same drive into lifting and responsible gear use. Been lurking MESO for a few months now and love what I've seen for sure. I'm 30 years old and work in trades so between that and my running, I'm no stranger to pushing myself.
