New memeber an First cycle needing advice

I realize I shouldn't, but I have a couple beers in me at the moment. So, you're 6ft, 135lbs, then you're not. I'm not quite getting it. I'm 5'8", 196ish and definitely not a large fella at all. I did get down to 150lbs once, but everyone kept avoiding eye contact because they thought I had a terminal disease. Your avi isn't either current, or isn't you.

I have no problem guiding someone to the right answers, but I'd like to know I have at least a small understanding of what is the truth. But also, in the end, someone who has their mind made up is going to make that mistake regardless so maybe we can help keep you as safe as possible.

I reckon he's 135lb in reality and wants gear to bulk him up quickly but after hearing everyone criticise him he changed his story. Just my 2 cents though.
In all seriousness OP just bulk up natty until you're ATLEAST 170 at 6ft and a low bf % and learn about nutrition on the way before considering AAS.
Somehow I doubt you'll listen to most of the peeps in the thread but good luck :cool:
 
Your best bet right now is to get that injury taken care of and figure out how to eat and train get yourself back up to 170 12% natty and then run 500 test only. This is assuming your levels are normal if test comes back low then you might consider running trt dose to 170 and hen blast. Just my opinion take it or leave it.

158 i have a nurt. Book premake meals for daily use 6 to 8 meals a day i spend a grand easy on quality food seems damn near every friday. I am going to listen because i have to take care of my castle. Honestly i dont give 2 shits. Well not 1 on critisism on my body weight an frame shit its nothing i dont say to my damn self daily. Its a dilusion to think big man in a can is instant grad. Thats whats wrong with my fucking generation. I want to do everything right an my gear wont even be in my posseion until 30 days. I made the post because knowledge is key to survival. An i stay ready so i dont have to get ready no one will hurt my feelings by giving an honest opinion ever i respect that what i dont respect is people who i talk to an after a convo i still dont know who the fuck they are. I am trying transparency with this thread to better my knowledge an my appoarch so i do things the right way. Like i said i have no gear even if i did im nit touching shit until im back to 170 if not bigger. The profile pic is me in my private gym i took early today. I train in the arts 4 hours striaght 5 days a week an 8 diff. Arts. As well as what most would consider usless but i train with a movement expert an parkour. Do to boost quick twitch muslce fibers an allot of other movements to train my body to react instead of process . In both urban an open courses for combat. Point is i am a noob to gear i will be the 1st to admit that but as far as my body i know it an i know how to listen to my body. So i app. all feed back neg. post. Inbetween. All is useful in me mind.

A grand on food per week? Ballin. Just make sure they're packed with protein and calorie dense.
Anyway, you seem intent on it so first get some blood work done before anything so you can make sure all your levels are in order and you can compare them when you get bloods done again after pct and if your smart 6 weeks into your cycle.
Next buy some pct, namely nolva/clomid or both and run them 2 weeks after your last test e injection for 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20 for the nolva or 100/100/50/50 for the clomid (less if you use both). And get yourself an AI such as aromasin or arimidex to use on cycle if symptoms begin.
As for the gear just go with the test e at 500mg per week and do it for at least 8 weeks, preferably 10 or 12.
Hcg may help, you can determine that for yourself.
This is a cookie cutter first cycle and you'll get good gains... good luck.
 
Uh I'm 205 at 5'7" with low t. You have a fuck ton of work to do before touching aas. Seriously man you need to eat more and train intelligently. For 10yrs.

I see this type of comment frequently and even give the same advice of proper diet and build a good base first. No question proper diet is absolutely essential, but how many of us here trained to their genetic limit before hopping on the sauce? I think that percentage is pretty low.

I'm not saying people should be irresponsible and cycle before a certain point/age, but I also think we need to live in the real world.

My brother got gear from me when i worked at my first gym at 16 an he did test an epopose idk how to spell it he didnt know about pct or didnt care now he has bad fucking gyno. I am absolutly noy going down that rode or have my test shut down. So i will be on

Clomid both 20mgs a day week 1-3 after cycle of test only. Then drop to 10mg daoly of both for 4-8. But im wondering if anything there is i can get to help my brother he doesnt have good insurnace an ya just works out 7 days a week an is 5'7 210lbs. An is a beast i just know he is self con. What is peoples take on liquid over pills. Or any places to get good quality PCTs Serms an AIs. Nolva clomid aromisine. Etc. An whats a good price ive seen from 30$ all the way to 139$ so its crazy the price. Just pm me so its not a plug for other peeps if not i will ask around more.
