Hello Meso Rx Fam here’s some new member info about me



Age - 23

Weight - 172

Height - 5’11



Lifts/PRs

Bench - 185x8 ( don’t bench often as I don’t see much benefit )

Squat - 405x2

Deadlift - 335x4



Spilt - Chest/Back, Sharms, Legs+AbsQuad focused,Rest Repeat except legs are hamstring focused with calves



Diet

Protein - 260g/day

Carbs - 275g/day

Fats- 40g/day

Cals - 2500/day



Me and my fitness journey/why I decided to switch sides



  • So I’ve been lifting for around 2 years now with my first 6 - 8 months looking very inconsistent as far as how often I’m training, what I’m training, and diet was also around 180lbs at the time and obviously after awhile of not seeing any results I decided I needed to change how I viewed it and how I went about my journey so I started tracking my calories figuring out my maintenance so I know my baseline for cutting/bulking decided to actually run a spilt (PPLRPPL) and track my progress, spent the next 3-4 months doing a low deficit cut with 30-45 mins of fasted cardio daily cut all the way down to around 160 ish and have spent the remaining time kinda just maingaining as I’ve been in just a 50 - 100 calorie surplus. Also during this time of maingaining and taking it seriously or somewhat to a degree I had a somewhat older guy at work talking about trt and how he got bloodwork done to see his test levels and he’s been feeling great ever since so it got me wondering what my levels were so I found a local clinic that did lab work ended up getting some bloodwork done seen my levels were pretty avg ( still somewhat are as you’ll see below ) wasn’t fully into the idea of getting on it yet as my levels didn’t show any reason too so I did some research about trt and the benefits and eventually down testosterone steroid cycle guides did research on all the possible sides from running test cycles, how to mitigate, need to knows as far as getting bloodwork every 4-6 weeks, supporting supplements to take, pct, etc. so I decided to say fuck it ( pretty dumb ik ) ended up doing some digging and found a source “ yourmuscleshop.to” think they’ve switched domains now and did a 12 week cycle of 200mg/Test C weekly eventually ramped up to 400mg/weekly got bloodwork twice while on the cycle 1 after 5 weeks to make sure compound wasn’t boof and another around weeks 8-10 just to see how things were looking before coming off came off cycle great pct and got bloods around 6-8 weeks after. Been off ever since for my health phase essentially and looking to hop back on within the next couple of weeks as far as my next cycle goes test will be run at around 400 - 600mg/weekly haven’t fully decided as I’ve been wanting to add another compound in like mast but considering how often I hear it’s faked or sources are always out of it due to raids or whatever been looking into something like eq if either mast or eq is added it will essentially be like this Test C 600mg/week with 400mg Mast E/weekly or if ran with eq 600test 300eq. Also just now remembered I didn’t mention why I wanted to expand further into the anabolics it really just comes down to timeframe I don’t wanna wait till I’m 27 to finally enjoy my physique when I can sprinkle in some anabolics every now and then don’t get to crazy with the dosages or compounds and achieve the results fairly quickly. I don’t plan on competing as of right now who knows I might develop the love for bodybuilding to where I might want to in the future but as of right now no so I have no interests in running more toxic/taxing compounds just looking to take things at a decent pace and make some great progress.

Prolactin: 14 ng/mL

DHT: 50 ng/dL

DHEA-Sulfate: 170 µg/dL

Read more about cycles though, and have clear understanding. 2:1 ratio T/EQ usually doesn't work out, as your E will suffer leaving you feeling like shit. 3:1 seems to be great for most, personally I have found I do much better at 4:1. Your going to be different, as is everyone, but just a heads up.

Mast is great, is not faked really if your looking at reputable vendors this isn't an issue. It's just currently hard to get your hands on for the time being.
