Been at the iron game for a long time and still learning as often as possible, both formally and informally. I have enough experience to know actions eventually have consequences and injury prevention keeps my ego in check. My goal is keep it up in some capacity until the day I die and pass along what I've found works for me to intellectually curious individuals.

I started out in powerlifting but I've since moved to a more aesthetic and balanced focus to muscular development. Sustainability is my measure of any approach both and out of the gym. Can I maintain a what I'm doing: perform a movement, rep and set schemes, diet, supplements, etc. for the entirety of my life.

Welcome grandpa! Yea you can keep the lifestyle up as long as you make it! My old man(58) still outlifts me in some movements but he's also on gear

I'm pretty much just a hormone replacement therapy sort of guy and it's enough for me. I try to find the sweet spot that improves my quality of life while minimizing cost, financial and otherwise. That applies to lifting intensity, supplements, just about anything in life. All the best to you and your dad.
