Thanks Skull, Been working out for almost 25 years. Done cycles off and on for 20 years. I've seen so much change in the game over that time.
Been healing up for several months now from various injuries. Some are new and some will stay with me for life. Physical stats, 5'11" 250+ 20%bf. BF is high right now but its been a bitch not being able to hit the gym consistently.
Main goal right now is to put down the oreo ice cream..lol Seriously just wanting to be able to get back into the game consistently without having my body giving me the big F'U' every few months.
