Hello guys allow me to introduce myself. I’ve read a lot of threads on this forum before deciding I would like to join it. There’s a lot of useful information on here. Been training for 4 years now, including 1.5 year of nothing (no weights, no calisthenics, no cardio) literally nothing, in which I lost everything, due to gyms being closed.. My stats are: 1.89cm , 107kg, 17% BF. Only did 1 ‘cycle’ of 50mg winstrol ED for 5 weeks, nothing else. 1RM’s: BP=137.5kg, Squat= 162.5 deadlift= not a big fan of them did 160x5. Only did 1RM’s once because i focus solely on hypertrophy and not on strength.
