Hey all, got started on TRT last July (2024), clinic got me to way over pay for from Sermorelin and then I went down the rabbit hole on PEDs and Peptides. Dropped from 250 lbs to 215 lbs with a significant recomp. Can see defined abs for the first time in my life (47 yr old).

Ran a cycle way too soon and probably took too much, no real bad sides but went polypharmacy too soon. Currently in a health phase.

Currently running some KLOW, SS-31, Hexarelin/Tesamorelin, 200 mg Test C a week(split into 3 doses)
 
180 mcg Hexa, 1 mg tesa morning and night.

Taking a break from GH, but think I'm going switch to hexa/tesa or ipa/tesa at night and GH in the morning.

Ghrp/ghrh always give me much better sleep scores then GH for whatever reason.

Tesa can only amplify endogenous GH production, which will be crushed or stopped entirely by rHGH.

I have heard that, but seems like resetting natural production is pretty quick 24-48 hours. Obviously what I state above wouldn't seem to work, but I have found taking Tesa/Ipa or Hexa in the evening even if I've taken GH earlier in the day still improves my sleep scores. GH has never improved my sleep and tried a few different brands(PSL, Genlabs, Iron Lion, etc.

Ghoul - would like your opinion on a few Alex Kikel podcasts where he has mentioned that taking a GHRP/GHRH can open up the receptors to better potentiate GH. He recommends a small dose of Tesa maybe 100 mcg and then taking the GH 30-45 minutes after. Will try to post the exact podcast if I can find it.

I'll definitely listen to it.

Like with GLPs, I advocate and my personal preference is sticking as closely to "pharma" protocols as possible, so I have well substantiated "results" I can expect, along with well characterized risks, So I don't mix compounds generally, or tread far into uncharted territory.

While rHGH use is very "off label" for us, we know what happens to patients on similar and much larger doses, at least in the short term.

Basically, I prefer somewhat (fairly) guaranteed results, at a quantifiable level of risk, by following conventional pharma developed and proven protocols, than going for potentially better results following a riskier, less established and tested path.
