New to capping. Anavar question

First ever attempt at capping raws. Is finding a good filler just a tedious trial and error to find a similar granular and weight? Or is there a good filler that can be used for most things? My primary compounds I’ll be capping is var and cialis with the occasional anadrol

Also… what’s the best size to use? Is going small a pain in the ass? I’d like to go with a 1 since I’ll mainly be dosing small dosages like 20mg

Ok I'm no expert. But filler I use is protiene powder it mixes well with all the orals. I also like double 0 as a cap size but not sure if that is universal. They are small enough to swallow a few at a time but big enough to cap by hand for those one or two that don't work. I only have the little cheap capping device that is totally manual. there are others who know more than me. I only make about 600 a month so it isnt too tedious. Also I put raws and powder into a zip lock bag and shake the he'll out of it b4 putting into caps.
The other thing that makes it easier is to use enough filler to completely fill every cap.
