I'm 38 and I used to be 200lb (I'm 6'0"), played ball in HS and college and lifted regularly. For the last 10 years have competed as an endurance athlete (160lb) and now have been back into slow building for the last year (now 175lb). I'm aiming towards men's Physique Competition and I've taken time to lift, build a base and but I still run and cycle and would like to keep up with those activities, though obviously not as a competitor and not as much volume as in the past.

- 1cc of 450 which is a blend of 250mg Test E and 200mg Deca every Sunday and Thursday
- 100mcg of ghrp-2 only 1x daily
- Anastrozole will begin on the 4th week. How much should I take?
