Hi,

New to the forum here. Ill be 26 in a few months. Here to hopefully find some good useful information.

Use to be a decent fit guy until some life events happened.
Been struggling to get back into shape for a bit now and a friend told me about possibly trying a few things. Im currently 290lbs and looking to cut fat and get back into shape. I have a somewhat decent diet I guess. Worked out on a regular basis until work started working overtime but that has finally ended.

Friend told me I should try some testosterone, trenbolen and decabol.

So here I am. Thanks
 
Welcome. Im just gonna tell you what everyone else is going to tell you, juice isnt going to make you lose fat, only diet and exercise will do that.
 
Well cutting weight is my first step which is what I have been doing, I would like to bulk up and what not as well. Ive done a decent amount of reading on testosterone though and have read that it does help boost weight lose alot.
 
Diet I have improved a lot on. I used to tow for a living and ate out every day 3-4 times.
Since I quit that life style and got a normal job again, i was able to change how I ate and lost 33lbs in 5 months. No pop or fast food. Try to drink close to a gallon of water a day. I do take supplements and try to work out when I can but am able to get back on a regular schedule now since I'm done with overtime at work. But now I thought id try out some testosterone and trenbolen now. Ill stay away from the decabol.
 
Welcome brother. Diet is everything. The 1st thing to do is to get your diet in check, then you can think about using some gear
