Welcome, I have visited this board for years but only registered a few years ago and just now started posting, their is a lot of good info but like lifting boards can be confusing with many people having different views, in the end what works for you works for you.

Welcome abroad. What I did was find the vets, read over their posts and threads and find who they regularly converse with and then read over those guys posts and threads.

You'll get your fair share of conquistadors but avoidance works really well [)]

You'll learn way more then you already do.
