New to meso/advice for test/tren cycle

No need to mix the two. You're obviously set on the cycle, so run it. You can add dbol if you want a little more oomph, but beware of the potential gyno.

Just be ready to force feed. For real, you are going to have to put in work to out eat it.

The drugs don't matter. The food intake does. And you're running a compound that causes appetite suppression for most. Adjust accordingly.
 
2nd article talks about only eating 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. Do you agree with this? that just seems strange since what i have mostly read says increase protein substantially.
As long as the carbs are there, it works for most. These are remedial articles when it boils down, but the principles are sound. McDonald is solid, knows his shit.

I prefer 1.5 to 1.8 for myself. It's easier to get the calorie total for me that way. But I've seen plenty of others run much lower protein, more carbs with good results. For cheaper too. Either works, do whichever fits your situation, but try both, some people do seem to do a lot better on more. Others no difference.

Also, for total caloric intake, he's generally conservative, as he writes more for naturals it seems like. I find I need to go high, tdee goes up from my natural state, used to get fat over anything. 1500 over maintenance for me is minimal fat gain with test, and still leaning out on tren. Ymmv.
 
Where should my calorie intake be?? I mean 3500 is what I would like.. To be honest I have good pumps as along as I have my ammino acids consistent . Almonds nuts etc plus supplements

On Tren its going to be hard for you to eat as others have said. If your running Tren I would consider running EQ to help with the appetite suppression. In all honesty if you are having to ask other people what your macros etc should be I dont think it is in your best Interest to cycle at this given time. You should know YOUR body better than anyone else! But shoot If you Have Good Quality Gear Test/Tren EAT and Train hard your results will Follow mate

@D-Ballin I am actually going to be Running a Test/Tren/Dbol Cycle Going to introduce Dbol @ Starting on week 2 or 3 when my tren starts kickin -- May Add Eq if appetite goes to shit

Pinning every day.. I just pinned tren in my quads because both my ass cheaks are still painful from my last two pins. I cant imagine having to pin tren every day. Try and see for yourself.
 
Being patient waiting for pre bloodwork to come back.

Although , does anyone have advice/experience with high tren low test?? Vice versa ?
 
I'm running 500-700mg of tren right now with about 600-750mg of test E loving it right now. Seem to be leaning out around my upper body and definitely getting a harder physique! Gonna add dbol once I get mine from Darius
