just wanted to properly introduce myself. I'm new to the forum (any forum for that matter). Ive been lifting off and on for about 10 years now. 27 years old from good ole louisiana. i weld for a living and lift heavy shit on the side. ive learned alot from reading and searching this forum and decided to start throwing in my two cents. good to see alot of knowledgeable people all in one place. as for my profile photo, ive ordered products from many sources online and guys at alpha male gave me the best results overall.

Welcome to another bro in the mighty SEC conference...hey speaking of SEC conference we play you guys Saturday...good luck to your Tigers...you'll need it! JK!

Thanks for the warm welcomes from everyone. As for us needing luck this Saturday on game day, I couldn't agree more. We'll need to play our best game yet to be competitive. Its hard to win games with no QB.

You guys will be back in the championship race again soon...ya'll recruit aggressively and with always grabbing from a large region!

Welcome brother!!!! I work in the refining industry so I feel your pain.
Fuck yeah pmac928 it really does take a special guy to work 12 hour days melting butter sticks and then go bust it in the gym. Keep it up LSUandy!!!

Thanks for the kind words from everyone! Though I am a welder by trade, I've recently moved into the education side of things and now teach welding at a local welding school, one of the largest in the nation. So you guys working in the field are definitely out-working me these days! I really do enjoy teaching others and passing along the valuable information that has allowed me to make a pretty decent living at the ripe old age of 27. Ultimately, I'd like to own my own warehouse gym and train athletes, mostly being football. I absolutely love working out and helping others increase their overall athletic performance as an individual. The day I'm doing that for a living will be the day that I'll be officially retired. It's so nice to talk and communicate with you other fellas who share the same passion as I do. I really feel like being a part of this community of brothers will end up increasing my own overall knowledge base and ultimately my athletic performance and also that of future athletes that I will train. So thanks again for all the warm welcomes from everyone and I'm looking forward to throwing in my two cents!!!! Now go lift some heavy shit!
