What's up meso! Been wanting to get back on here for awhile and just never did make time, but finally got a little more free time these days and figured why not!
I had an account here years ago, but for the life of me I couldn't remember the name I used or the email I registered with, so I figured fuck it, time for a fresh start. I didn't post that often back then anyhow, maybe had a couple hundred posts over a few years' time, and mainly was about training programs and nutrition. I've been active in the past on a handful of other boards, but most either ended up dying off or becoming a straight up billboard for some fucked off supplement company, so I took a few years off the forum scene. This board has a no-bullshit feel to it and always has, so I figured this was the best place for me, since I really could care less about "the next big thing" and stick to facts, science, and the tried and true methods of bodybuilding and supplementation.
Anyways, wanted to introduce myself, and hopefully interact with some of the great bros I see contributing to this board! I have been into this lifestyle for around 20 years, and into AAS for probably 15 or so. I have done different methods of homebrewing for about a decade and look forward to learning more about it, and offering any knowledge I may be able to contribute as well. I have a ton of experience with cycles, homebrew, training, nutrition, etc but I have never been one to be complacent. I believe there is never a time to stop learning more, there is always room to improve, and so I believe that even though I have been doing this for so long, I know there is always more I can learn from you guys!
I look forward to being involved here and learning as much as possible while helping where I can, thanks for reading brothers!
