First, I'd just like to say that I am 16 and have NO intention of using AAS for years to come. I joined because I'd like to learn from you wise farts, and be knowledgeable about the subject if and when I decide to use AAS.

Height: 5'11
Weight: 170
BF: Not sure, you can barely see my abs but they're there. I'd guess around ~15%
Bench press: 225 x 3 reps
Squat: 315 x 3 reps
Dead lift: 315 x 6 reps
My dead lift isn't where it could be due to having a herniated disk(which is now doing better after stretches) and bench is a little slow because I have problems with the joints in my shoulders. Anything else just ask :-bd
