What's up Meso. I've been reading a little bit and decided to dip my toe in the water here.
Little about me, 40, been working out for a couple years but stopped see progress almost a year ago. 5'8" most days I'm 175, and body fat is probably about 16. The last time I had it tested two years ago it was 18, but I know it's gone down since then because I can see the difference.
Anyway, looking to learn a little and see if using gear is right for me, and of course find a source if it is right for me.
