Your expectations are pretty high
I know but they were 29 in at one point .I hope I can at least get them close to that again .
19s?? Lol u sure m8
That was ment for CBS.
Yes why ? I'm naturally a big guy what's your point
Hmmm, badmouthing one of the most well respected members here right off the bat. You're doing well. You obviously don't belong here and know nothing about bodybuilding. Arnold had 23 inch arms almost 24 and you're talking about what? 36" arms? Ok Valentino, we only had 5 spots here for stupid disrespectful kids and they've been filled already so move along now. Move along
Lol here's a pic hard to do with 1 hand
Arnold had 22 inch arms, and yes OP is deffo trolling about his arm size lol.
Ya and he was 5 ft something
I'm 6ft 6
I'm here to learn .it's not a personal thing .
Some people need to have drama . I would prefer u just ignore me .
19 in arms seem small to.me for my hight and weight .
They were muck bigger when I was younger .
Now back on point .
Any won have any good advice and or knowledge that can pass to me.
Then you will need to get bicep implants, use synthol, etc.
You will never be able to double your size if you are referring to measurements of the circumference of your bicep.
Temper your expectations some. If your goals are size then diet and training routine will be more important than gear.
Yes, try bodybuilding.com. You're on the wrong forum.
CBS already tried doing that for you. No one here is going to spoonfeed you sources. You have to read. Also if I ignore you then i won't be able to see who all the other members here are verbally aas raping. I will however, sit back and watch. Good luck
The taller you are or more elongated your frame is the less proportional your arms will look. Just how it works. There is a reason why shorter guys typically have an easier time "looking" bigger in their arms and chest than taller guys do.
You need to have realistic goals. If you truly think it is possible to double your bicep size then I strongly urge you to do a lot more research, reading, and training before touching gear.
You kind of remind me of the 20 year I spoke to at the gym the other night. He was already using AAS, had no pct plan and just wanted to get "huge."
The time you invest now in researching and learning is critical in developing the physique you want. At 36 you can likely benefit from AAS, but not if you don't have a smart plan and execute it well.
Have you ever used AAS other than Test Gel? Did you make a typo when you said you were doing 120mg of test everyday for 8 weeks?
Have you had any blood work performed?
What do u think a good goal should be .
I have been over 22 b4 . I can't rember the size but it was between 22 and 25
Big are your arms CBS ?
So you had biceps the size of Phil Heath? Really?
Ya 4 hr a day at the gym 16-20 years old . My triceps made most of that looked like free king banana
2hr home gym 2hr world gym
